Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and keep the invoice ready for our courier partner to verify during the pickup process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 2-4 business days.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or mCaffeine wallet within 7-10 days.
